The Myth of Darth Revan

So since the game will cover his fate and the new book is to release even more information what do you think that Darth Revan did after he left Bastila to the outer reaches of unknown space?

I bet he went to the Sith Empire began work to defeat the Emperor, but was ultimately stopped and went into hiding(using Sith techniques to extend his life) until our characters in SWTOR come to help him overthrow the Emperor.
